Hi everybody. A hello from Wollongong to everyboby out there. A pleasure to meet you all. This is my first Soarer, and what a fantastic car....but I guess you all know that because you all drive one. I picked her up from a dodgy car yard in Granville on the Parramatta rd.....who are no longer there.....hmmmm Anyway, its been a great car, stock as a rock, 2.5 TT Toyota badged Soarer, unfortunately auto, but hey, it still impressive, even after 12 months. Bought it, and went straight to Tempe Tyres and bought a set of rims 18s, and its now wearing its second set of rims 20s. Great looking rim, but don't recommend 20s to anyone. A pain to balance, fast tyre wear, and those lovely Sydney pot holes....ouch

Thanks for the positive replies. Yeah I prefer the the first rims 18s aswell, the 20s look great, but are a bit big.....had a brain fart the day I saw them..lol Will look into lowering, the front only I think....any ideas anyone? A cruise sounds good, been a while since I have participated in one, never a Soarer cruise, would be fantastic to see some nice Soarers in the flesh

The Soarer ride is still there Karyn, just need to be more attentive to the road to keep on top of whats ahead. Have been surprised at how solid it feels when running over holes in the road though. And Khan, yes lowering will make it look sweet in the front, but because the body lines of the Soarer are as such, it does look so much higher than it really is. Rang a local spring and shock business a little while ago about lowering the front, and the first thing he said was WHY?
