Newbie N.S.W SC300?
| Hey guys, I am a lucky new SC300 owner, bought it for a song... I am also a noob. I love these cars (supra, Soarer, S2000, even the occasional Celica) but i have never really had a chance or the type of car i wanted to start! I'm a driver. But i would love to learn, especially if i can get my hands dirty. Thanks for all your help already guys, this forum is made of win, tutorial photo's and things i needed to know! Here are a few shots of my 3.0 I need to pick up some new sicker rims, and the mesh on the bottom of the bodykit is ripped, can anyone recommend somewhere that can fix that?

| Welcome Note that it's a Toyota Soarer 3.0GT, not a Lexus SC300 - for that it would need to be Left Hand Drive. |

Me too. I don't understand brand snobbery. There is nothing wrong with it being a Toyota, thats the way it left the factory. |

Definitely! It annoys me almost as much as people putting nasty 'ghetto' chrome wheels on Soarers/Celsiors/Aristos for example.... It kills the originality, my Limited at the moment has no badges as I removed the tacky Lexus badges the previous owner put on. This weekend Im drilling new holes in the right places and putting the Toyota logo and Soarer text back on. Later ill get the old holes welded up and a full respray of the boot and spoiler plus get it faded. |

| It's a bit easier to read than the Japanese Soarer manual, plus it impresses some people. You might notice some difference between the book and the car though, dash board display and steering wheel location are usually a give away. |

ha ha, i guess so! Thats the reason for the flare in the passenger side seat right? Well, i own a ST204R Celica as well, i don't mind owning a Toyota, they still go just as well :-) |
