Welcome Michael. :-)

The JZZ31 is a great choice for a first car, comfortable, got some go with the 6 and sounds superb with a BFI intake and nice exhaust to match...

Love the colour and your nice clean headlights!

I've got one too but unfortunately I'll be selling mine soon to focus on my V8. I will miss it - especially the way it sounds :-(

And come along to the cruise this weekend if you are in S-E-QLD and ... it will drive alot better ?

Thanks guys, I will see if I can make it on Sunday. Dose the BFI intake make a big difference to performance?

Yeah I think it does, Its probably the cheapest best mod you can do.

To do the basic BFI you will need

a socket set to take the airbox out.
a Jigg saw with a sharp blade suited to plastic cutting.
A drill with a 10mm drill bit (drill in the four corners of the face your going to cut out)
a ruler and marker pen.

Have a look at Peter N's old post of doing this sort of BFI by removing the face

It's recommended to make a top cover too, in order to keep hot air from the engine away, but it works nicely as is and sounds great - you will love it.
