Hey all, its been a while since I've posted here, well I'm back and now living in Darwin for work.

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on who to use (Transport companies) to get the old girl from the Gold Coast to Darwin.

Any help would be appreciated, and again G'day all..

Just google for 'classic' car transport companies. Make sure you pay the extra and get a closed in truck door to door.

Thanks for your inputs, I think Ill adjust the suspension to sit super high and put it on a truck, I figure the cost of driving it up would be the same and knowing my luck Id probably hit a Roo and write the thing off.

You'd be hard put to find a roo to hit if you limit your driving to daylight hours, Nathan. We have millions around here and I've only hit 'em between dusk and dawn, or an hour or so either side. That's a lot of hours in which to drive at this time of year. We've also crossed the Nullabor 3 times and had few issues when we limit driving to the daytime. I've had several cars shipped and it's rare to avoid some damage, including on our present Soarer.
