Hey all!
Just picked up my soarer yesterday a 91TT with 130,000 on the clock and it runs like a dream! However I ran into some unexpected issues upgrading from a corolla, namely the doubling of my fuel costs lol. Small price to pay though for what I am getting =D
It's not a picture perfect example of a soarer but I reckon theres nothing that a bit of elbow grease and digging around on these forums won't fix ;). I plan to spend my entire saturday fixing all the nigglies I find namely:
passenger door not opening from the outside dim headlights stains on rear seats subwoofer needs rewiring (its a 15" speaker atm)
Hopefully this is going to be one hell of a cruiser by the time I am done with it

Better make sure your headlights are clean before the clean headlight mafia get on to you. Seriously though, if you aren't happy with the lights after a good clean, then this forum has loads of information. Headlights have, like, a cult following on here.
Passenger door sounds like a broken handle or linkage. Stains- meguiars carpet or interior cleaner. Sub- pretty simple (or at least I thought so until Andrews car burnt to the ground!) There are a few audiophiles on here as well to help you there.

Thanks guys for the warm welcome!
After a bit of fiddling around during my lunch break I realized I was an idiot and didn't check the connection. Being the careless guy that I am, I found that the terminal wasn't even plugged in lol. Have to agree that the stock speakers are definitely a cut above the norm.
I was asking around my mates if they had one of those steam cleaners lying around for the interior but I guess none of them ordered one through those midday tv shows lol
I'll grab some pics on saturday in between my cleaning
