Cheers mate, go the cyborg!!! I used to own the model up from that - the 1.6 mivec, what a great little car that was. It went pretty hard and did 600ks on 60 bucks worth of gas (at about $1.80 per litre). I plan to buy another one shortly, I'm on the road heaps for work and I A) don't want to rape the K's on my Soarer and B) don't want to spend nine tenths of my sallary on gas

I have been prep'in the car over the last 2 weeks in my spare time for a respray. This was done on Saturday & it is now Black. At the same time I debadged the toyota logo off the boot lid, tinted the rear tail lights, & "baked" the headlights to remove the orange indicator lenses. Once it has had a week to fully cure it will be getting a cut & buff to take out the "orange peel"/minor runs & bring out the gloss more.

Cheers for the heads up Matt. Ive been lucky to have never had any trouble in the past with tinted lights, except with getting WOFs, & ive been doing them on my cars for about 12 years! With the range of aftermarket lights available these days hopefully I can continue getting away with it. "These are Batmobile style lights officer honestly"

Hey nathan, your old white soarer WAS written off, its out back at manurewa car spares, ive already salvaged a few parts , i wanted the rims but they were too curbed up.
