I visit here time to time, about 2 years ago we (my son & I) bought a 32 from Sydney, he paid me back so it's all his (my big mistake). Driving back to Vic, every time we started her up, one of the check lights was 4WS, what is 4WS??? Soarers don't have 4 wheel steer, do they??? Anyway, long storey short it truly is a great car. P.S. I doubt it's logged - it's build is in the 500's

Hi Carl, if your soarer is exactly what your saying it is, being a UZZ32, well yes it does have 4 wheel steering. You have Active Suspension which is different than the normal Uzz31 V8 airbag suspension soarers. That is what makes a 32 unique, you can find heaps of info on 32's on here just use the search option. Anyway aboard mate!

When we bought it 2 years ago, we didn't know what a 30, 31 or 32 was, when we got back home from Sydney we looked it up and I thought "oh no" one of less than 900 ever built, had I known that I would not have bought it. Contrary to what I thought then, parts are available and not astronomically priced. I don't think he will ever part with it.

Some things like the struts can be problematic, but there are people around who can rebuild them. Just don't let him pull them out and throw them away like some people have done.

V12??
I had never heard of the GZA61 before... would the V12 fit into a Soarer? if so I want one.
Hmmm..Dilemma already, I want to keep my 32 original...so that means another Soarer, that I could handle ...bugger!.. I'll need another shed as well..and maybe another job to pay for it all..a very understanding missus, oww now my brain hurts.
OK..I've just slapped myself and I'm back to reality. Can anyone tell me more about this V12?

The motors I have are 1997 (the first build year), the only thing after market is flywheels for UZ will bolt up. They are front sump, so dry sump for you $$$. MA61 is front sump job There is an A80 being built in Sydney. About 400NM @ 1000rpm - 480NM about 4200rpm. You have to look at 4 - 7k, I got a "cheap" one with BHG for spare.
