Looking for some assistance if possible. Came out of the house to find my passenger window down, car still locked. Was a hot day and the car was in the sun. Tried to raise it with both the passenger and driver electric switches and by re-locking the car. No luck. Took out the door trim and wedged a piece of wood under the window so that the car would at least be secure. Does it sound like a window regulator? (I'm fairly non-mechanical) If so, does anybody have one for sale? Price? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Cheers David. (Ballarat)

Pretty much has to be the regulator. Check if the motor is still running - you may be able to hear it, depending on how the regulator has busted. You can still get them from Toyota new - make sure you get the right one as there are two different Soarer regulators, depending on model year.
