Hello everybody!
My names Jason and i just got myself a 1991 UZZ31 Toyota Soarer V8!
After owning various Holden's all my life i decided on one of these because they were cheap ( to buy anyway! ), reliable, plenty of oomph and they look fantastic!
I Paid $6500 for the one i got, It has 98k on the clock and runs like a dream!

100k service is the biggest one. looking at around 1500 as plugs, water pump trans service timing belt and tensioner etc and then labour.. so if you could do it yourself will save hundreds

my 100k service cost me $1700. I did everything though. And it didn't end there, straight after I did the 100k service the new waterpump obviously now pumping harder (old one was leaking) may have cracked the header tank so I bought a new radiator, and then straight after, Rush headers.

No, my wife is very cool, she just doesn't like big cars
Peter, I'm using Mintex pads front and rear. Very good every day pad as far as feel and grip go, don't seem to suffer from too much fade, but the rears are very bad for noise when cold (tried everything to shut them up!) and the fronts are dusty as hell, despite being a "low dust" pad!
