Hi there my Names Grant Thomson from Perth and I have a UZZ31 i'm currently in the process of repainting myself. I have owned the car for just over two years and I have used this website for help more times than I can remember! So i reckon its time to stop being selfish and sign up and give something back. Who knows maybe my experiences might help out some other poor kid with some soarer trouble. But really "trouble" is an understatement as my 91' model has never broke down on me once, a true merit to the design and ultimate reliability of these mighty machines.
By the way my cars being painted a Mazda colour called "true red" and i'll have some pics up as soon as I can, however i'm also in the process of repairing some crash damage done by a delivery truck on Australia day. It was just parked on the side of the road when someone decided to kamakazi it, oh well such is life.
If theres anyone out there in the Perth scene then I would love to catch up and go on a cruise sometime when my cars done. Cheers!

Hey Grant welcome to the forum.
there's quite a strong representation of members here from perth and last proper soarer cruise got 18 of the beauties turn up. so make sure you look out for W.A events and make sure you bring your beast. what part of perth you from? im in coolbellup near freo always happy to take the beast out for a cruise given the chance. also if you need any body work done i can't recommend instyle customs enough the guys did an awesome job on my baby, there in bibra lake. and if you need any mechanical work done deff give Tristan at WTF a call, he prolly knows more about toyota's then anyone else in perth. there in kelmscott. good luck and hope you get as much enjoyment out of your soarer as most owners do here.

WTF.. i see that guys MR2 everywhere.. he lives on champion drv in Armadale just near me lol. Anyways, Welcome Mate.. the cruises these guys host over here are great to.. not all about gettin out and thrashing ya car.. just going for a drive and enjoying your pride and joy
