Hey guys
I have been a member for a while and used to post all the time however life and a few other things took priority over the last few months...but now I'm back! And Im still MAD about Soarers! In fact its abit soarer crazy at the moment as I have:
96 Soarer vvti turbo GT-L auto (daily driver) - booked in to go to KYP on 31st for manual conversion
96 Soarer vvti turbo manual black on black (unregistered as worked on, upgrading clutch,lsd, bodykit etc)
91 Soarer UZZ31 V8 (Wrecking)
99 Legnum Blk (work vehicle as I own a mobile DJ business, PM me if anyone needs a DJ in WA -discount for members)
Eventually I will sell one vvti soarer and keep the other, just not sure which one at the moment as both will be manual. I'm leaning towards the blk on blk vvti manual as I've always wanted this combination and its getting worked on but the (currently) auto I have had for a few years now and I'm attached too it. Time will tell. Both beautiful cars indeed!
I've also got a lot of parts to get rid off, factory black interior, spruce, brown interiors as well, R154 Manual box $2800 (if someone buys it before the car goes in for conversion), aftermarket exhaust, 91 94 97 rear lights, body panels, glass high beams, springs, rims and a whole lot of random parts. But I will be making new threads to sell those in due time or feel free to PM me.
On a personal level, I have started working full time, am still at uni and managing my DJ business. As a result I may be slow with email responses. Its been great to hear from a few of you while I've been away! Hope everyone and there soarer is good and hopefully faired better then my soarer and legnum in the past hailstorm.
On that note my soarer had 4 4cm dents in it which compared to some newer cars that got DONE it makes me think the Soarer is made of a more solid metal? Just an observation.

Heres a pic of my 96 vvti turbo auto bought from Dave Rose with his car next to mine. Its because of him being the legend he is that I sold my 94 blk on blk JZZ31 to buy my much loved vvti. |

hey mate maybe interested in a spruce drivers seat if in good nick, also a air filter box as a spare as gonna do bfi soon so need to do a bit of trial and error ;) , also whats the black interior like is it leather? if you could send me some pics and prices, would be much appreciated

Spruce elect seat is in really good cond but I would prefer to sell as apair. Black interior is not leather. Throughout all my years of soaring I have only seen that once in my life (Phils car). I will set up a factory black interior part thread with photos in due time.

Wow Mike thanks, Im really quite scared to do it up now. Since then it has 18inch rims, tint etc subtle mods.

Dave, thank you very much for your message! Yeah Joe's great. Its great to be back, a bit sad to see the car with dents but I guess alot of people cam out worse. Look forward to catching up at the next cruise. |

Welcome back Josh! haven't seen you on here for ages mate. Hey the grille I bought off you last year looks great on my vertex kit mate, cheers again. haven't had a chance to fit the 2.5GTT badges though lol. David Grima glad the grille went well, man the amount of calls I get for that piece. I ended up having to buy one new too. Haha
I hope your coming to the cruise because I really want to see your front bar, I think I read it was a pretty cheap ebay one right? May be interested in buying one but wana see yours first
The exhaust was from Japan made specifically for a Soarer single system. I think its a Tannabe or something branded. |
