Thought id better re-introduce myself as i have been absent from here for quite some time. spun a bearing on my 1jz around 2 years ago and between being a broke apprentice and also being a bit lazy it has taken me this long to get the car up and running again. so hi to everyone and i hope i can get back to enjoying this site and my car, should be at powercruise at Taupo nz this year with any luck

I'm from the Manawatu as well. I have a factory manual single turbo soarer. Was thinking about putting a turbo back exhaust on mine like you have. Was just writing to ask how much it cost for you to put one on and did it change much in performance? Nice car by the way.

I made the exhaust myself for a few hundred bux, not a fun job though especialy without a hoist, seen a few on trademe second hand for pretty cheap, good increase in performance although i cant offer much in the way of figures as my car has never been on a dyno to date, but as far as mods go a well made 2.5 or 3inch system will net good gains. also the bfi mod (in mods section) is a very good basic mod. there is a cheapish exhaust here http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors/car-parts-accessories/performance/exhaust/auction-407791373.htm

exahust centre wanganui did a single exit setup on my old car from down pipe back for a round 600 including canon but was quite loud depends what your into. It did make a huge increase in power dont no how it will effect yours with vvti single turbo what part of manawatu you dudes from ??
