Hi, Please help.. I was driving my car and it suddenly got really bouncy, to the point I had to pull over and got out and checked the car , it was so high in the rear... The height switch went about a month ago. Not sure if this has anything to with this issue.. but I turned the switch to 'off' in the boot and disconnected the battery over night, then reconnected it today after being told it should 'bleed out' and reset itself, but it nothing changed.. When i got out of car and closed the door , there was a sound coming from under the bonnet..(the compressor) i am thinking. Please any ideas are muchly appreciated

You need to fix the height switch first, under the high/normal rocker switch is a flimsy "finger" thingo which pushes the swith to one side or the other, so the switch could be between high and low. I was able to glue mine back together, if yours cant be repaired, contact Daniel Savage on this site, he will have one. I cant see any reason why you would not leave the suspension switch "on" while doing a computer reset

Thanks John, The mechanic said it should 'bleed out ' over night, then reset itself when turned back on . But after trying that again last night , this was not the case and did not work. So after a very slow and bumpy ride to the mechanics today i am hoping to hear from them with some good news tomorrow.I told them about the switch too.It actually looks like a four wheel drive at the moment. Not a good look for a Soarer ; /
