Hi all just thought id introduce my new Soarer.
1991 JZZ30 1JZ in Dark blue
It has Steel wheels, Hybrid front mount, split dumps, 3' into twin 2.5's with Jun cannons, K&N pod filter, HKS FCD, carbing cooling plate, rebuilt a340 (Have a moroso transcooler waiting to be fitted) as well as a TRD thermostat.
I want to run 18psi so 440cc supra injectors, a 400hp walbro fuel pump and greddy profec boost controller will be next.
Previous owners were John Fry, Damien Wortley and Nick Sands. (Not sure if any of these gents are on here) but it has been very well kept and only fault is the accumulator which i am sourcing as we speak. |

Yeah man, they are a bit obnoxious.. but hey in my opinion they make the 1j sound excellent, and they are relatively quiet on idle which is also a bonus. but put the boot down and she roars  |

Update: TRD thermostat, new top and bottom radiator hoses and turbo coolant lines installed. next up i need to do Idler pulley and accesories belt, and order my accumulator. then i think a new koyo type R radiator.. Im a bit paranoid about my temps up in Darwin haha. |

After spending some years in Darwin and owning a turbo up there, I know what you mean about temps. Good looking ride. Have you got HID's for those aftermarket headlights? |

Nah dude, don't put HID in the high beam, they don't like being turned on and off frequently, you will kill them. I have HID in my low beam and STD in the high beam, I don't use my highs at all. Just maybe get some quality globes like Philips for the high. |

Update: Just installed the new radiator and fresh Toyota red coolant, she sits one bar below middle and fluctuates. can feel a little performance gain too ;)
Next up is trans and power steering coolers. |
