Name calling, threatening to pull out lawyers. Sounds like a bunch of dramas just waiting to happen. I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of a bad deal if this is the type of conduct one could possibly expect. Regardless of what is told from one user to another, a persons digital footprint IS immortalized online effecting reputation and impressions, i would be more worried about that personally, because you are shooting yourself in the foot if you are showing yourself in such a light as to seem untrustworthy and unreasonable in your dealings. Things DONT go un noticed.

That's right Jack. I am not here to "sell parts" I have a website for that and I have plenty of people who buy from that. This is not a resource for my business.
And Scott Vim, yeah mate I rather not be telling my "life story" and I wouldn't have had to other than the brief explanation right at the beginning of this introduction had it not been for ONE PERSON on here - only one, Mr Walter Gilmore who thinks he knows so much about my "life" and business because of "things" someone said to him on Facebook !!! Woo hoooo ! Facebook. The Authority! He has NEVER dealt with me, doesn't even live in my State! and on a scale of one to hundred is a ZERO out of a hundred in "knowing" anything about me. Kev Reed - that's a good point and all well and good but if you are wrongly accused what do you do? Sit back and take in the butt? And if you do try to clear things up and that person REFUSES - I mean consciously refuses to be enlightened, then what now? Does that suddenly make you the "bad guy" because you have to take it to the next level to get your point across?
There is ONE person on here who is causing this whole ruckus. And seriously, I am not willing to take it from this guy. He has NO IDEA. Walter, I am happy to conduct conversations about Soarers with you and I know you are very knowledgeable and that's good. BUT .... as I have said, and it is my RIGHT to say so, you do NOT attack me personally or my business using "information" you obtained second hand from a THIEF who ran off with a whole bunch of Soarer parts and badmouthed me in the process to cover his ass. You have not tried to explain things to me. What you have done is lied about the transactions in quesion whilst threatening me via emails as well as messages on facebook. Also calling me names. Labelling me as a homosexual. And numerous other slander. Not once have you offered a satisfactory explanation of your dodgy transactions. And when you have tried. Why not find out what they are worth used and then price accordingly? Why do you speak to potential customers the way you do? It's a case of people that know people who have been affected by either of these 2 people will stand up and not take crap.this is what happend online elsewhere. They use to work together as a business and then •••• went south between them. Both crying wolf at who was the baddy. Seems like there both at fault. The soarer restorers page was so bad at one stage With exy prices and everyone got the •••••• $700 for a uncapped ecu at one stage. Emvs all horizontals and verticals done Backlight done . A customer forwarded there eBay convo were he said all this about an emv and the customer asked What is ment by the above and no answer. He couldn't answer what is included in refurbished items.

Walter did ask for the ABN for Soarers Restorers, no response.........it is not illegal to operate a business that is not registered for GST........HOWEVER I'm sure it is illegal under ASIC to advertise, market, operate and deal with people using a business name that is not registered. Deceptive trade practices is the terminology

You are also not covered by consumer law when buying from individuals as opposed to a registered business. That is why paypal is the next best thing in these cases. Looks like neither is available?

I know nothing about the back story here and don't care to know either. But, Walter has been a member for a number of years and in my opinion has earned some cred for his contributions. Kevin - the majority of people here are Soarer restorers and have a very good idea of what parts are worth both new and used. No point telling us that door cards are $2800 new, or bad-mouthing reputable businesses like Amayama...if your parts are good and the prices are fair, they will sell.
