Hi all, I'm Tom and looking to introduce my new baby, a 1993 UZZ32 build no. 812. Will put up photos as soon as the weather clears again and I have it back from its birthday at Toyota.

Hi Tom I'm Barry, I have owned my UZZ32 since 2000 and still think it is a great car. Mine has now done 235,000 KLM and is still a pleasure to drive with everything working as it should.

Hi Thomas, sounds like you bought John B's old car. I wondered if he had sold it, he dropped the price quite a bit so I was worried it was going to fall into the wrong hands. The last nice UZZ32 here that sold here (440) got parted out for the engine so I was hoping 812 did't end up going down that path!
I've got a UZZ32 as well, number 32 funnily enough.
I'm also the go to guy for all things Soarer related repair wise, particularly electronics. Can see more on my 'Soarer Surgeon' Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/soarersurgeon/
There is only one other 32 owner in Auckland, so a total of three.
My records show there are only two other UZZ32s in New Zealand with working active suspension, making a total of five - a rare car indeed!

Cheers for the warm welcome all!
Yeah I bought it off him just before Christmas. No plans on parting it out, unless, for some reason I'm forced to. We won't speak of those things as tempting fate isn't a hobby I wish to take up.
Mike I may come pay a visit at some stage in the near to middle future as I wouldn't mind getting some things looked over that Toyota don't have either the resources or knowledge to sort out and neither do I. At least, not until I'm properly established again. Nothing too serious. Least I hope not anyway.
