Guys! I'm in a crisis! I'm getting bored with my car.. I need to modify something or fix something on my car!

I'm wanting to do a wide-body, only get the kit from Neil.. So don't knwo when it'll arrive, but my passenger power window is busted and the passenger seat won't tilt via the motor!

I need to fix these or I'll go crazy!

If you are bored with your car, sell it, buy something else, and then spend the next 6 months regretting it...

Ahaha! True guys! Thanks for the encouragement!
I'd love to do some DIY, but I'm hopeless with electronics..

I think maybe I should just up the boost

If it has standard turbo's 14-15psi or 1bar no more,I know that some are at 16-18psi but don't last long. But with a single I think the 1jz can handle up to 20psi on stock internals.Quote me if I'm rong guy's but I think that is right or a safe figure.

Thanks for that Jeff, much appreciated.

Correct me if I'm wrong but do the 1JZ's run 0.8 bar of boost stock?

Mine ran at 10psi stock I don't know if that is .8 bar but it sound's right. Now I'm running 12.5psi natural boost after exuast and ECU change(TOM"S ECU)also pod filter. And ran 13.8 quarter mile with those mods at eastern creek(15deg).

Well I don't know if a front mount, pod filter and BOV would make any difference to the boost setting, but I keep getting a boost reading of 0.8bar..

All you are missing is a 2.5 or 3inch Exuast and the boost will go up to 1bar.Bov,dosn't make any difference to the boost but with the pod and a exuast would help greatly.

What would be the stock piping diameter be Jeff?

Yea Rob I'd like to see what the 1JZ is capable of with stock turbo's and factory internals.

I'm a little conservative boost wise but i have been running 12psi on stock turbo's for about 70,000km and no dramas.
