Hey guys I've just managed to take all my old gear out of the car and was just starting to put in all the new stuff when I encountered two pretty major problems (bloody typical).
1) The piping for my new manifold is unfortunately interfering with the rear, bottom three securing points from the block. I am thus unable to screw a nut over any of these three threaded securing points. I can't shave off steel from the pipe work as this will ruin the structural integrity of the manifold, however I am very very reluctant to trim these securing points in order to get enough clearance to get a bolt on Are those my only two options besides buying a new manifold?
2) Now this problem I am sure has a solution however I'm not sure if I can go about fixing it. More or less the compressor housing on my GT35R is at a bad angle for my engine bay as the outlet tract is currently scraping up against my suspension housing I've heard whispers that you can rotate the angle of your compressor housing, is this a task I should be attempting or should I take in into a shop? Any idea of cost if I do take it into a shop?

Yes you can rotate the angle of the compressor housing relative to the exhaust housing on a turbo. Its pretty easy to do.
As for your nut problem, you'll have to do up the manifold in sections as long as a nut can actually fit in the space available when no bolt is coming thru, and can be rotated, it'll work.
The manifold I have was ten times worst to fit, but thats a whole different story.
