hey guys, for the past few weeks ive been driving my soarer and basically whats been happening is that in 1st 2nd or 3rd gear, i cant get over 4000rpm. Ive asked around, some people have sed fuel starvation and others have said its my coil packs, i cant even reach full boost without having to change gears. Also if i flat stick it, trying to get over 4000rpm, the car kind of like short circuits, hard to explain but any help and info would be great thanks

Have you reset the ECU, could be a 'limp' mode. Also you should have full boost on stock ceramics at less than 4k rpm, more like 3200-3500. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I will be along shortly. Good luck

hey it doesnt show any message or any light anywhere. No klingon message, one other thing that has also happend is the lights for my gears, ie, P R N D 2 1, dont show anymore, not 1 of them. If it is the cam belt and all that, how much am i looking at to fix?

hey guys i just reset my ecu once again, the problem remains but in a different way, if i keep pushing my car, it gets lumpy around the 4000rpm and then its fine after that. Sometimes i can even get over the 4000rpm mark without any issues, im changing my spark plugs tommorow and my coil packs on monday, hopefully this will solve the problem.
