I am trying to work out my stock cooler piping. Its the piping that hangs just out the bottom of the car , which the cooler pipes directly up to
i have been told it is 2.25 inch, but i did a quick measure which was 62mm, which is 2.5 inch
where to they measure the rubber tubes from, inside to inside, or outside.
Phil

The rubber/silcone tube would be an Inside Diameter (od). The extra 6mm you measured would be the thickness of the rubber? (3mm per side measured)
