Oh No! Maybe the ATO has a special car forums watching task force and is using it to gather intelligence about current trends of fraud in the modified car scene.

Hahaha, Ben, so I take it you have decided to use my idea to start up that business of yours then. Which hobo's identity did you steal? Ok I shall keep it hush hush. Just remember to pay my dodgy scheme advice invoice I sent to you a while ago.

they'd probably have volkswagon or volvo in their profile and have never wasted a cent on modifications in the four years on the site. They would however have all their rego, insurance papers and fuel receipts all neatly filed with a copy held with an attorney for the prescribed seven years, upon which time they will be archived in a safe storage facility. |

You could always try to reject any orders from the ATO to pay tax considering the opening of the ATO was never officially gazetted in ANY government journal and therefore doesn't legally exist...look it up

Existence of the Income Tax Act and other instruments is independent from the existence of the ATO so you owe it all anyway and can argue only to whom you pay it. Bad luck.

I'm sure some bright tax lawyer would have figured that out already by now. Although I've heard of this guy somewhere in the outback, with some sizeable amount of land, and he somehow managed to exclude himself from Australia, and its tax, so anything he makes on the farm is not taxed. His farm is pretty much self sufficient. Can't remember his name though...

Do I spy two different sets of rims there? and geez, you think he would have gotten the hope diamond to put on the front. Engraved with a mercedes symbol, no less. I refuse to be impressed until that happens

Daniel - I would get thicker swaybars. Whiteline might do some, or go ex japan. Good quality springs like eibach, or customs to let it sit at standard safe girlfriend height, and good shocks. With good shocks, swaybar, and front strut brace, it should handle well and still be speed bump friendly-ish. Going really low is not useful for your setup. Mid size turbo - im a skyline guy, so youd have to ask on here, but something that spools up early with enough flow so it doesnt run out in the top end, Falcon XR6T turbo maybe, there are heaps. You could realistically end up with a very nice package for under 12k just by doing a few things, and doing them right. Package being the operative word.
