Stick with 272/272 if you're going for that kind of setup, reverse staggering is .. a very subjective topic. Its just chasing your tail in the end.
With the stock head, 272/272 HKS items or, 264/272 instead of straight 264/264 items are preferable if you'd like to pickup some topend and retain nice idle quality.
If you don't mind sloppy idle, i would go for some bilet BCrower stage 1 cams with a 61mm turbo (GT35R), and stage 2 items with 65-67+ mm turbo (T04Z / GT4088R). Anything smaller (GT30) doesnt need aftermarket cams to make good torque or power.
T3G's and a set of HKS 264s will idle perfectly, and make 300rwkw comfortably on pump fuel at 17-20psi.
Steven N's rebuilt T3G setup (twin 2560 DBB cores) etc is on Lukes car now, we finished tuning it a couple of hours ago to make just under 300rwkw on pump fuel limited by 440cc injectors and a low tank of fuel.

Thanks a lot for the advice Cihan, I really appreciate it mate. I'll be on the lookout for a set of hks 264's. I can't wait to see what you can do with my final setup. Will you be coming to sydney any time this year?

You are better off doing them both at the same time but if you can't just modify your standard front pipe to suit. Any exhaust shop can do it but you'll be doing the same job twice. It'll be cheaper to do it all at once.

Thanks mate. I have a Walbro 255l/ph installed & I'm about to do the 264's as well. Just wanted to make sure I had the fuel to get near your power figure. Bet its fun to drive now huh?
