I was just going through my latest issue of Modified Mag when I came across an ad for a Crank pulley for the 2JZ, lead me to 2 questions. Will a 2JZ crank pulley fit/work on my 1JZ? and what do you experts think of the Fluidampr design.

Check it out and tell me what you think

I'll be interested in knowing too...and also how it compares to the Titan one. Not sure if 2JZ crank pulleys are the same as 1JZ.

Its worth noting that harmonic balancers are actually 'tuned' to a specific motor, so i would be hesitant putting anything other than a oem 1JZ balancer on my motor, which is actually what i did since the oem balancer was cheaper then the competition, and there were no dramas with finding a smaller belt (titan) or wondering what damage i would be doing by running a dampener designed to balance a built 3L on my stock 2.5L.

If the genuine toyota balancer does its job for another 18 years then im more than happy with that. its not like a heavy flywheel either which drags the motor down, it only weighs 4.05KG

What are they worth? The Titan mercury filled ones don't get any change out of $5k.
