You don't NEED anything else to run a fmic. All the intercooler is there for is to enhance the other mods you have listed, by cooling the intake charge more than the stock smic.
The factory bov is fine for up to 18psi (I think, someone confirm?) Basically if you are planning to run any more than that, you aren't using ct12a's anymore so the whole argument becomes irrelevant. If you want the 'voooooooctsssssssh' sound, then go the bov.
You only need a dyno tune if you install something that can have its parameters altered (fuel controller, boost controller, aftermarket ecu etc).
What do you want the car to do, that is the question you must ask yourself! What is better than normal to you, an extra 20rwkw or a sub 10s pass? Help us out with a bit more info and we can provide you with a bit more of a comprehensive answer.

Ben....
I want a FMIC & SAFC so that get it tuned so I can get as much as possilbe out of my tt.
I'm not looking to get any other mods than what I've posted as thats all I've ever wanted when I bought this car. I'm not interested in the drags..all I want is to give it a few mods eg: exhaust/fmic/tune it
I read on the forum that the safc helps this and that you would need to get it dynoed aswell. (plus I could even get a little bit more out of the fuel tank)
Also read that I may need an FCD from Jaycar to stop the boost/fuel cut that happens. (Happened on the freeway the other day once I planted it)
I know you know alot about soarers/cars thats why i'm asking anyone for some advise or examples of what they did in steps to improve their soarer...
cheers

Thank's for the advise Maurice
I'll start by getting a fmic first...
from there I'll have to decide whether to just get the safc for extra fuel or go the emanage basic so i can get the best out of my car with the little mods i have. (that is all i'll be looking to do nothing more than that)
with the greddy emanage what else do you need for it to work? and how much would i be looking at total approx?

but will the safc ruin the engine longterm even if its tuned just abit or does that only apply to it if its leaned out too much..?
I really dont have a clue at what to do after i get my fmic/bov. so any advise would be grweatly appreciated
emanage = tunes/boost cut/fuel? but costs more $$$
safc = fuel/little extra kw's cheaper $$$ ( + I'll have to get an FCD from jaycar)
what would be the best thing to do seeing i'm not looking to mod anything after I get a fmic/bov....? I just want to get more out of the fuel tank and tuned slightly

If you go the Safc2 path you will need a FCD also or a plug and play ecu like Mine's,Tom's and Blitz.The ecu's will do the same but are dearer than the FCD.

I have noticed the SAFC made the car idle quite rough compared to the emanage....
With the current exchange rate I can get an emanage blue for around $360.. then you ned your harnesses on top of that.... so your looking at around double the price of an SAFC with so much more tunability...
