I started my soarer the other day, started as normal and then died. Started again, coughed and spluttered then died. Started again, but just stayed coughing and splutering and stayed on 400 revs, accelerated and died.

Then a few more starts and fine!!!!

Is it a fuel problem? Help Please!

Had the battery been disconnected or the EFI fuse removed?

Had the same problem.Turned out to be bad battery terminals which in turn kept resetting the ECU.New battery,new terminals,took it out and gave it a run and she was fine again

Thanks guys, il go check out my battery and see how we go. This problem only seems to happen every now and then, as in once a month, fortnight...so it will be a bit hard to tell if i have fixed the problem straight away...
