I am having problems getting more than 13psi boost using a dual stage boost controller, It is not hitting fuel cut, it just wont boost past this point using the controller. However if I use a manual bleed valve it works fine. I have tried 2 different types of dual stage controllers (Turbosmart & ebay special) and have the same problem with both. Could this be a problem with power getting to the controllers or should I be looking at something else.

what brand of Dual stage is it? because you might have the t-piece that goes from the wastegate actuator round the wrong way. mine is a turbo smart, and it is a little t piece which goes in the waste gate line for the bleedoff to the boost controller

It is a Turbosmart, I forgot to mention it is partially working, it will go from 11psi to 13psi but thats about it, I have checked to make sure it is not blocked and that the solenoid is working. It is currently setup as directed on the Turbosmart website.

does yours have the 2 adjustments, or just the single adjustment? you might have a faulty switch, or not a good earth. my friend had a skyline with the same thing, worked on and off, but then stopped working, just check wiring, failing that check the switch. you can test to see if you have a goodd earth. where you have the switch, just bridge the 2 terminals together, and that will close the circuit, allowing it to run high boost.
