Does make more power, and goes faster
I was maxing out on around 18psi with my stock injectors, any more it would lean out.. So i have some 440's to install and will quite happily try more boost at the track and see how it goes then

Isn't the old rule something along the lines of...
Put it on the dyno and do a power run, then pump it up 1psi at a time and stop when you stop making 10rwkw+ for each PSI you add. If you follow that, the stockies are efficient to about 16psi max, anything past that and you're creating 90% heat and 10% power.

Pierre just in case it hasn't already been said in this thread, dyno's are just a tuning tool. They are no good for comparing power figures. You would be a fool to live and die by your dyno print out. The only way to show people how much power your soarer really is making, is to take it to the drag strip, run the 1/4 and tell us your TERMINAL SPEED. Nothing else matters. Not your E.T, not your sixty foot.
Dont speculate on how your car may or may not have a freak motor, or is quicker than this or that until you have a MPH to backup your modification list.
Each dyno reads differently, no two dynos read the same. Some read HIGH, some read LOW. One thing is for sure, and that is they are designed to simulate a length of road for your car so you can tune it. Its not designed to tell you how much power it has so you can brag to your mates. The drag strip is.
