hey guys im nt sure of wats happening but i think my soarer is under performing.ok..i will start with what i have done to it(mods)..front mount full 3" exhust(rite from turbo)transmission cooler and BFI.its boosting 12.9psi
Now i had another soarer it had all the same mods only thing missing was a trans cooler and that didnt have a dump pipe.it was boosting 14psi
i have a mate that has a 300zx on which he has used boost jets too get 13~14psi with factory mods and only pod filter.thats really fustrating cause soarer's should perform better with these mods and my mates mock me cause my car is not as fast as theres
what should i do to wake this beast up???? need help guys....i almost lost to a type r integra but managed to beat him by a foot or two.....

about 180ks but my other soarer was really a surpraise ae.....i mean like the mods this has it shud run better.i even have a surge tank and a 500hp fuel pump on it.

A surge tank and a 500hp fuel pump, for standard injectors? With the mods you've listed an integra type R should really come anywhere near that close to you.. All i can suggest would be getting a boost controller, some management, and a tune.

it has bigger injectors too..sorry ddnt mention that before.but ive heard that soarers dnt do much difference with a aftermarket ecu.ive got a gizzmo boost controller but its not hooked yet so ye maybe the time has come now to use it ae

Bigger injectors? WHY? Will be running way too rich and losing alot of power! Go back to the stock injectors, forget whatever crappy advise you heard alsewhere,hehe, and ask the people in the know
Even fit a simple Boost Cut Defender and boost it up to 15psi! This should wake it up...
Lastly.. We dont condone street racing, so i hope this racing was at a track or " private " road?

Lol....nope absolutly private road racing.hehe..but i thought that injectors would help in power at higher boost and thats the reason behind my surge tank and fuel pump

Are you running stock turbos? If so runt he stock injectors, they are good for up to 220rwkw with an safc or fcd and can go up to about 240-250rwkw with an ecu.

Bigger injectors won't do all if you're not giving it the air to use as well. I would really recommend returning the fuel system to stock and adding a boost controller and SAFC. This should see you at 300rwhp. After that you need to start looking at new turbo options.

ok...but is there any particular reason why the boost wont stay at 13psi as it is its top boost at the moment.i mean when its hits 13psi it quickly drops to 11.5 or 12psi and it doesnt stay at 13psi even at full throttle.i was thinking it mite be fuel cut thing but that wouldd happen after 13.4psi..isnt that true.it seems car is losing boost as soon as it hits 13psi or something

use good fuel, and take those 440s off.
Look at Dans time, he is running 11s qtr with stock injectors.
my car has full exhaust, FMIC, pod and FCD and on a cold night i see as much as 15psi and on a normal day i get around 13.7-14psi as normal boost. others only see around 11-12psi with full exhaust and few other small mods.
Most cars seem to run different boost from each other.

when i used stock turbos i have a full exhaust, front mount, air filter, avc-r and put a microtech ecu on and made 234 rwkw and my mate was running the same setup without a ecu and was only making 205rwkw
