Hello

How do i remove an analog boost gauge? (I have two boost gauges already)

Remove the vacuum line that goes to the back of the boost gauge, trace it back thru the firewall to it's source then block it off and take the hose out or else you will have a leak. Then cut the power wires (with the power off) remove them if necessary or just tape them up seperately and tuck them away.

That looks right mate, just follow the hose across to the firewall and see if it runs into the cabin.

Remove that hose and block up where it came from so it wont leak.

make sure there are 0 <--- leaks (might as well buy a new piece of hose and cancel out the T piece) as this looks like your fuel reg hose which is a big NO NO when hooking up boost gauges anyways :-)

Yes that hose goes into the firewall.


Can i put these hose into the engine block?
(below) and take out the other hoses that are mark in blue?

Also the hose that has the red arrow. Has enough reach to put it back in the block!

Can i just put a screw is these vac pipe and tuck it away under the dash? (i might use the gauge again, one day)
