I may be wrong on this... but isn't this blue hose meant to go where i marked the red arrow?

Where does that hose come from? the red arrow marked?

Also where does that blue hose go to?

No i don't think so. The blue hose comes from the engine bay (its near the hose with the red arrow on the engine block)
and goes to some part (have a look in the photo). You can see the blue hose in this photo below . The hose with the red arrow comes from the engine block and doesn't go anywhere it . It has been block off for some reason?

I think the hose in question is one used to activate the factory BOV

I'm not sure about that, i'm using a stealth bov also and my hoses are all connected.

Does that hose even reach the other side where the stock bov is?

That hose connects to a pipe that runs across the back of the head to the other side of the motor and connects to the factory BOV. The pipe I'm refering to runs parallel to the pipe that ICV sorces its filtered air from, if you remove the coil cover you will see the pipe at the rear of the head, have a look

What does that have to do with the price of eggs? You can source a vac line from many ports on the intake manifold to make your BOV work?

Eggs???

What i meant was why would it be disconnected if using aftermarket bov?

All i can go by is what my engine looks like really. lol

I don't have random vac pipes running all over the place so i don't see why others would.
