Hi i know this is a strange question
what would like to know if it can be done
with the std setup.

Std ct12a turbos std wast gate actuators
is there any way that i can lower the boost
so its can be adjusted around 5psi-14psi.

Like i said strange question.

Cheers Jay

Sorry mate, you can't lower the boost. The minimum boost level is determined by the rating of the actuator. Standard actuators? Then 10psi is the lowest you can go.

Natural boost on my car with all my mods on stock turbos was 14-15psi as well, it's what happens when you do breathing mods. :-)

Does anybody know what the boost is meant to be on a completely standard 1JZ - no mods whatsoever?

And can anyone tell me at what boost the fuel cutout comes in?

Would Maurice's turbos, which are showing 14-15 psi, be getting close to activating the cutout?

Boost cut will be seen from 13.7psi to 14.5psi...

Stock boost on an unmodded 1JZ should be 9-11psi.
