Anyway, not too sure if I'm the first or not, but after blowing my HKS T3G's on the dyno, I had 3 options;
A: Rebuild them back as if they came out the factory with the bush bearing
B: Rebuild them as a 200sx S15 spec roller bearing centres
C: Go something completely different and go a full roller bearing again spec GT28RS, as found in the GTR Skylines.
So I went with the something different option.
Driving my car home this afternoon untuned, my eyes popped out of my head. Becides basically almost loosing it going from 1st into 2nd with the rear wheels lighting up, I was gobsmacked when the good old 20's lit up again going from 2nd into 3rd.....
All the sounds of exhaust and the road quickly disappear when the turbos come on boost, car does sound like a hoover now...
The funny thing is though, when you switch the car off, you can still hear the turbos sucking in the air for a full 30 seconds, damn it sounds awesome, I'm going to have to tape it and post it on youtube.....
A massive thanks goes out to Niall for doing the work as per always, and I can not commend Bill from ATS for rebuilding the turbos, I will have pictures of the turbos when Niall e-mails me to show all.....
Now time to put it back on the dyno....

I'm pretty sure i know your car from the Jenolan Caves cruise. If its the same car its been there every time i've had my car at Nialls. Good to hear she's running well mate and not sitting in Nialls workshop!

Sorry repeat
Bill from ATS has done a absolute brilliant job, it is highly recommended to get turbos rebuilt by him if you are in the market. From what Niall told me, the machine work done on these turbo's alone is excellent, once I get the pictures you will see what I mean...

Thanks Cihan, I will post up a new dyno sheet once I get it back on the dyno. Since I have this turbo setup now, I will be aiming for the "Magical" 300rwkw. I am quietly confident I will reach it, but as for the auto, I am worried it will let go on the dyno as well.....
Ryan, as for total price, I will let you know once all has been paid, but for this setup alone, it will definatly cost you more than a single setup. I have gone about this the right way (I hope) with brand new oil/water lines, actuators and the complete roller bearing rebuild, the only thing left that is used on this turbo setup is the intake and exhaust housing on the turbos themself.
I am now contemplating on getting done a lew style dump setup. As I am wishing to run boost well into the 20psi range (provided my ignition and fuel setup can handle it) a am also a little worried that my exhaust side of things will restrict flow.
From the HKS dump pipe, I do have a 3" pipe with high flow cat, but will that flow enough, anyone got any opinions or advice??

You'll probably get away with a 3 inch front pipe into 3 inch cat for 300rwkw and more, but say having no cat and twin dumps with a 3.5inch collector and 3.5 inch front pipe will bring the turbo's on a lot harder and faster. I don't see it effecting topend as much as midrange torque.

I saw these at Nialls before they were fitted Steve, They look bloody brilliant and could tell they are gonna make some good power because of the design of the HKS housings, You should get 300rwkw no probs with your mods. Depending on your gearbox though.

Your gearbox is going to let go steve! As you know mine let go with 267kw's let alone the 300kw's your chasing.... Like me mate go manual! Unless you can get a auto that is built for a good price.... Either way it's rebuild time or manual... Hahahaha sorry mate but that"s what your in for... That ford you were talking about is starting to sound like the way to go for you mate.... hahahaha
