Hey all,
I emailed the japanese company (HAS-NIHON) letting them know that I wanted to order a water pump for my car. I gave them the model number of my vehicle (JZZ30-0005258)and they replied back with these numbers:

16110 / 16110-49097 - Water pump assy (less cup ring) : 135 USD (original), 93 USD (Asahi brand aftermarket)

16100 / 16100-50023 - Water pump assy : 155 USD

Now, Mr. Don Bagnall, I need your assistance.
In a previous post you had sent me an item number: 16110-49105/ 16110-49125 for the Water Pump assy.
Should I give them this number or would one of the above work. And if so which of the above pumps would I go with. Thanks
Don Bagnall

Patrick, the top number is for the 2JZ engine, and may well fit perfectly. See below for applications.

The bottom number just comes up as "Not applicable" in the EPC

This, however dosen't mean that it is wrong.

If it was me, I'd either go with the 16110- 49097 as suggested by the Jap dudes......OR to be absolutely sure, give em the 16110- 49125 number that I gave ewe, and see if that cross reffs to the number they have supplied.

I DO suspect that the 2JZ pump IS a straight fit on the 1JZ, but I'm not 100% sure.............others will know for sure.

Hope that helps brother
