some good progress with this today. We went for a good drive and used and o2 meter to check how things are running for the time being. its on 10 psi and of course needs more fuel. I got a bit more practice in today and worked out the major problem I was having, I was driving in D and when the car kicked back a gear under boost, it was all over. When I drove today I dopped it back into 1 and 2 etc to hold the gear and cound then "feather" the boost a little better. Heaps better to handle now. Iv got a power Fc sitting there ready to plug in, but just need to buy the box to manulise the auto first then ill get it tuned. I have found no drama with excess turbo lag, Only issue that I do have is that I need to make it more quiet "off boost" as I want it to remain a sleeper so it will got back to my exhaust shop for another muffler next week. Ill post up some pics soon.

hi ben, let us know when it come son boost, how strong. start boost max boost. etc etc. as i in the process of doing same conversion. what gate did you use?

Hi Michael, as I havent upgraded my fuel system yet, I only gave it a few short squirts. So im unable to tell you anything about max boost. From what iv noticed, it comes on boost around 3000rpm. once on boost, the rpm flys up and im up on full boost (atm set at about 9psi) in no time. From my experience with the gt35r I would highly recommend it. As for the gate, its the only item that I went cheap on. Its a 50mm hks copy. its working great, it doesnt leak and its doing what its suppose to. Cant wait to get this thing tuned

i got it from a member on the fourm, he got it with a turbo kit from states, but it not a ebay one built to well. looks good, but dont know the brand.. it pretty heavy as well, nice thick wal as well.
