Long story short I have the money, I want to spend it where it does me the most good. If I can save the money and buy the FCD and my mid pipe at the same time I'd do that. But I don't want crap. HELP!

Dale I highly recommend the Greddy Profec B spec 2 Boost controller ! Easy to use, Holds boost Great ! ANd a Bargain compared to some you have listed !
Ive been using it for years now, and its so simple to use and adjust on the fly if needed. I do alot of drag racing and it definately is a great EBC

HDi electronic boost controller. Excellent quality solenoid, and works like more expensive ones, but cheap! $250! simple to install, and really easy to operate.

I just bought an MS-IBC form www.modyourcar.com and it was on special for $249AU!(approx $208 Canadian)) imo thats cheap for an ebc and its got some pretty flash features like 6 boost settings for different gears and 3 scramble boosts etc plus installation is very simple Bang for your buck=win

Thanks guys, I was originally looking at the Gizmo products but was kinda talked out of them. They are rather unknown in my part of the world. I know someone running the Greddy unit too. Let's add another level to this what shouldn't I buy? If I can get away using a less expensive boost controller I'd be much happier.

OOOH !!
you dont stuff around do you Dale ! hahah.
At least that will give you some pocket change to put towards some other items.
I installed mine in my Ash tray (as i dont smoke). I removed the ash trash from the centre console and cut a hole just large enough for it to fit into. Jammed it in and BAM ! cool install hahah. Has not ever moved or had any problems, PLUS its hidden and out of the way from prying (official) eyes when the ash tray is closed.
But i pretty much went the "set and forget" option. 1 = low boost (15PSI) 2 = High boost (17PSI yes not THAT high) and 3 = low boost with HIGH gain so spikes a little but seems to get it there quicker. And im too scared to do high gain with high boost incase i spike to 88PSI or something.
*NOTE - playing with gain settings has the same effect on ALL boost controllers. Need to do very minor adjustments but you will notice the difference.
Let us know how you go mate.
James
OLD picture (no more SAFC, Sony headset or offensively high shifter) but you get the idea
