hey guys i installed a gizzmo ms ibc on the soarer yesterday, i took it for a drive and theres a hissing noise that gets louder as boost builds up.. first thing i though was that it was a boost leak, but i dont feel any loss of power and the controller recorded peak boost of 13.4psi which came on nice and strong, but can any one that is using a gizzmo ibc or a ms ibc tell me if this hissing noise is normal with this controller?

i have the same controller...
it makes no hissing noise, make sure all the vacuum hoses are snuggly connected i guess?
only other thing I can think of is that your turbos are working harder (i assume you have upped the boost) and the sound you are hearing is just them spooling up a bit louder??

hey ryan, thanks for the quick reply, i checked all the hoses and took it for a drive im still hearing the sound but i think all im hearing is the induction sound.. it can be heard a bit louder inside because i had to remove the rubber stopper in the firewall to get the vacuum line and wires for the solenoid through.
anyway just wondering, which pressure source did you use for the boost controller?
