Try converting plumbing for the crankcase all back to stock & see what happens then ... The way it is now do you still have the breather line that goes into the intake side of the Turbo's still connected to your catch can or something ? If not you need to, as it will definately help draw out fumes from your crankcase especially as the turbo's start to work hard & draw in lots of air, where as the PCV by this stage will do stuff all ..

As has already been mentioned but not replied to, how much blow by do you have with the car idling & or giving it a rev ( whilst stationery ) with the oil cap off & the pcv & breathers etc disconnected, if its like a little steam train puffing out air its Stuffed, if you cant see any or very little after some time running like this ( engine at running temp ) it shouldn't be a hard fix ..

well i havent got any blowby at idle or revved. i have the intake side on and bypassing catch can incase its a restriction i havent driven it since i done this but i have a vid of the low knock i have which is making me think replacement might be needed anyway..

yeah i know thats why im thinking 2j replacement. sell off all my polished parts and cams and turbo setup and try a 2j and either a 3540 or t04z..
