Hey all! I took my car into the mechanics the other day to see what was wrong with my power steering and they found that i have a leak in the power steering pressure line from the pump to the power steering rack. i tried using some sealant power steering fluid but that didnt help. so right now i am looking for a new line to fit into my car but my first problem is that Toyota Canada wont really go near Soarers so i dont think i can get the part through them. i tried going to Lexus but they say the SC models will not work as the steering column is on the opposite side. has anyone fitted an SC line to a soarer or know if it is possible or not for sure?
I would also be willing to buy this part through someone here if they have one available

don't know about over there but down here in oz in my workshop i usually get a company that repairs hydraulic lines on trucks tractors etc to use the old pipe steel ends and replace the flexible hose which is where the leak usually is. normally costs about 80 bucks which is generally about 1/4 to 1/2 the price of a new genuine hose depending on the make of vehicle. hope this helps
