Hello

Can somebody help me find the part number for the gasket to the water pump? I found a pic, but I can't really find out the hole part number... Is it just 16124 ?

Thanks for the help :-)

I didn't think the water pump had a gasket - I seem to remember someone saying that a compound is used by Toyota nowadays.

just call up toyota and ask for that part number?

it might come as some sort of a kit maybe?

or add one of the 9506- or 9508- numbers on the side of the drawing in front of it

I'm from Norway, and Toyota here have never seen a soarer or a 1jz before.. It is a pain in the ass to get parts for my soarer if i don't have the part nr. before i'm calling them ;) Its like 2 or 3 soarer in hole of Norway so it's not a normal sight..

If you purchase a water pump, that whole piece comes as one already assembled (front and rear of pump). Then to fit that you use liquid gasket as toyota does. the water pump part number is 16100

Just use the water pump gasket maker.

That's what I used on my install.

to remove that part of the pump you might as well remove the whole thing!! only a couple more nuts

better replacing the whole unit less likely to leak in the future.
