So I got 440s put in though have not had a tune yet.
I'm running a bit rich and am saving hard and fast for a tune - how long before i start to really do bad things to the engine (damage wise) if the car is my daily

i ran my car for years like that. the air fuel ratios will be fine at idle and cruise(the ECU learns and adjusts using feedback from the 02 sensor) the car will only run rich under heavy acceleration. it will be fine till you get it tuned.

more fuel to your engine will not harm it :-) you'll chew the juice but you'll be saving your engine. most modern cars runs super rich when they go into limp home mode to save the engine from further damage.

only thing bad with a rich running engine is that it will kill your cat and oxy sensor quicker.

Also, because of the excess fuel, it has a tendency to "wash" the bores of oil, which can lead to additional wear to the rings and bore.

oh feeeew.
in anycase i still need that tune.

One more question;
I've still got my factory exhaust which is now linked to a 3inch dump from my new t3g setup. I know its probably restricting the heck out of things and maybe chocking the turbos. How long before this kills crap in my car (im getting it change to a full 3 inch system asap)
