Hey guys... I'm needing a mud map drawn for me by someone in the know.

The single turbo went in today, and tomorrow I have to put in all the vacuum lines.

There are two connection points on the Turbosmart 50mm Progate... not sure which is which. Also have a Turbosmart VeePort BOV to connect and a Greddy Profec B-SpecII boost controller to plug into it all.

During the install, I have also noticed a vacuum line that runs behind the rear of the cam covers to the manifold... assuming this was one connected to the factory twin setup... any ideas?

Cheers in advance

id say factory plumb back BOV, is the section behind the cam covers a hardpipe?

You will have 2 hardpipes behind the cam covers, 1 which is the smaller vacuum hose size 1 which is the feed to the factory BOV

And 2 is the larger 3/4 size pipe which is the feed to the idle speed motor from the twins intake pipe

the reason I say to connect those two hoses was because either end of them were connected to this:

That hose from the bottom in the previous pic seems to be a water return line back to the water pump

Blue ? line - just a normal vacuum line, do with it what you must.

Green Line - is the ISCV or something line, i pulled the whole thing off and stuck a small filter behind the plenum onto it. Worked fine, made a lil sucking noise but no problems. OTHERWISE plumb it into your pod filter.
** Just confirm its the one that runs around the back and into the back of the plenum.

Red ones... .hmmmm... im pretty sure they are coolant lines, but i cant remember those puppies. Im sure it wont take long for someone to jump in.

Re Green Lines: Thats correct
Re Blue Line: I'm told it had to do with the factory BOV, so should I go connecting that to the BOV I have installed?
Re Red Lines: Yeah, figured they are meant to go together, the top one is the water return from the heater box, and the bottom is the return line to the back-side of the water pump.

I'm still if I can find where I am meant to pipe the wastegate up to... there's nothing on or near the turbo to connect the hoses to.

^^ X 2

Doesnt matter what vacumm line the bov uses brother. you can tee off pretty much any of them (i would personally avoid using the MAP sensor one though).

SO if you use it.... grand.. if not - simply block it up.

cool... that one it is.. I'll just plug in and route it along the firewall then down the side of the bay to keep it away from too much heat.

Now to suss out boost controller and exactly which line on the manifold to use for the wastegate! :-S
