it was said in a previous post that the emanage blue retains the cold start programs so it should not make any difference and my car was been flooded on starts not while driving,

ok i wont touch the screws, i also have another ecu do u think i should give it a try?it it the original one i got with the car i had a problem some months ago thaught it was the ecu so i got a replacement it turned out to be the bridge for the fuel pump. and i just never put the original one back, i think the flooding problem started some time about then but i cant remember it it was before or after the ecu swap.

If you have a plug in loom just remove the Emanage and see how it runs with the stock ECU running the show. If it runs fine without it then you know its a problem with the EManage.

Diagnostics like this is very hard to do Garth. It could be many things, and until you eliminate the most probable part from the question, then you will keep chasing the problem in circles forever.
I would start by ditching that relay and using the standard Fuel ECU, Cleaning the injectors and testing for flow etc, then quite possible, fuel pump. In any order, which ever is easiest for you.

fuel pump ecu is fried and not easy to find as the soarer is not a common car in jamaica, i also didnt know that the car would run if i unplug the emanage as wires were cut and spliced with the emanage loom but i guess i will try it could not hurt.

If the Emanage has been spliced into the factory harness the car will not run without it.
It might be worth getting the Emanage software and cable to. At least then you can access the logging to see if the emanage is the problem.
To confirm that it is actually flooding couldn't you just remove the plugs to see if they are wet before starting?
It could be several other things like a stuck ISCV or faulty TPS.
It would make sense that if the ISCV is stuck shut or not opening fully that you would have to open the throttle to get it started, so that is what I would be looking at to start with.

i have already change the ISCV and the injectors and the coolant temp sensor in search of the problem,i also know that the ISCV works cause it does idle higher on cold start i dont think there is a manual way to make it idle higher without affecting the idle when its warmed up, on cold it idles about 12000 rpm warms up to about 800 rpm, i know for a fact that it is getting too much fuel in the motor, i can make it stall if i repeatedly tap the throttle while under some load, it does it sometimes while i am backing into my drive way.i realy appreciate the help of all you guys , its just frustrating to not be able to fix this problem i suspect the ecu but i want to make sure i got my original injectors back in before i chance the ecu.

i went to bed i and thought of something while half asleep, it reminded me of a car that came to a shop i was working at the time, it had a similar problem, after many days we figure it out, the fuel pressure regulator was some how blocked and that caused the fuel pressure to be too high that the ecu could not handle so it was flooding too, that is something i will look into as well,

well the fuel flow behind the fuel pressure regulator was fine so that is not the problem, but i found out why i got the error in the dash, the monkey\mechanic who changed the injectors broke the plug off the knock sensor to the rear so that was a easy fix, now the car drives even better, it is still rich and will flood occasionally on start up even after i reset the ECU so i figure the emanage needs to be tune? that"s the only other thing i can think of. and one have other idea?
