PROBLEM SOLVED WAS TPS SWITCH guessing full of water
hey ppl i have a jzz30 factory manual soarer has emanage blue adjustabel cam gears turbo and plenum upgrades
car was putting out 400rwhp fine for the past month then 3 days ago i bew a radiator hose fixed that was fine then next day i stoped at a set of lights and me car has gone into limp mode revs to 2500 rpm and cuts out till 1000 rpm then comes back
i have changed coils ignitor coolant temp sensor cam sensors disconected the emanage and went to stock ecu swaped ecu's and still same problem anyone know what it could be im getting code 14 i belive when i check codes 1 flash then about 3 seconds later 4 shorter flashes
i really need anybody help with fixing this thanks}}}

btw i have checked timing belt hasnt skiped a tooth and that the inlet cam hasnt moved also disconected both nock sensors and low oil indicator still no love

yea going to borrow mates crank angle sensor tomorrow hopefully and test that i did pull it out today and it seamed nice and clean no apparent dammage used bullet conectors on emb have had it all unpluged just running standard ecu and still cuts

Try connecting to the EMB and see if it is still getting signal from the map sensor. You should also be able to check crank signal etc through the data logging as well.

yea i know map sensor is fine tryed to look and crank signal other night and all i could find at the time was rpm and that tells me same as what dash is lol

The one dam thing I hadent checked was Tps thoght surely it wouldent cause it dumb me I guess voltage is jumping everywhere tryed to reset it still everywhere so I unpluged it wam no more limp mode must have filled with water when rad pipe blew as my throttel is turned on it's side with tps facing down for custom plenum will pull it off and dry it out tomorrow and if it dosent fix it I'll buy another one thanks for all the input guys

If I had a choice - and I do, I would rather take my car to someone who isn't too lazy to pay attention to detail.
I hope you aren't one of those mechanics that has a HUGE bucket of left over nuts and bolts in the garage that you couldn't be bothered putting back where they belong.

I think he's doing a pretty good job at that himself without peter's help. He was asked nicely and then started being a smartarse. Everyone that's been on here for a while knows you have to talk/type like an adult, not a 10 year old. Apart from the punctuation there's about 12 spelling mistakes in two lines.
