either leaking compressor side turbo seals, or bad blowby causing oil to pass into your breather pipe and into your turbo pipes.

It is normal for the intercooler to have a little bit of oil buildup because of the recirculation of the blow by gasses.

Then again it can be a damaged turbo seal causing it to spit oil up.

Which pipe? Very common with factory setups to have oil in pressure side of turbo. Oil spray does not sound too good though. I assume he is talking about a fairly large amount of oil then? If so could be some pretty serious internal damage? Factory blow by system will over time build up a lot of oil and if it's never been cleaned then there could be a big build up - possibly 19years worth! Clean it all up run the car for ten minutes and check it again.

And also all that oil buildup in the intercooler affects heat transfer. Might be a good idea to clean the intercooler
