i have done all the mods nescessery im my mind to be able to safely put in a single turbo. i just need to know everything i will need to do this excluding from the dump pipe back. i am getting a garrett GT4088R-751470 from gcg. also im getting a hks wastegate since the turbo doesnt already come with one, or does it ?? i guess i also need a new exhaust manifold from the engine to the turbo ? is that all i need ?? sorry im a bit of a slow learner please let me know if i missed anything out, cheers heaps

where can i get an aftermarket exhaust manifold for a single turbo from ?? so i will need - gt4088r turbo hks gtII wastegate new exhaust manifold im guessing i will also need some flanges and other fittings ?

You will need :
Exhaust Manifold to suit External Wastegate Oil Feed and Drain Water lines Intercooler pipe modified to suit outlet of turbo Gaskets for turbo flange and dump pipe.

Seriously, seriously seriously, if you can afford a HKS kit off the shelf, DO IT! You'll never look back, ever.
I did my single conversion in Darwin. Very hard to find good help.
You need a fitting to block the second oil feed off. A Fitting to allow only one return line to the sump. Your exhaust manifold, unless JZZ30 Soarer specific will need modifying to fit the wastegate (Most 1JZ manifolds for sale are 70 series supra design, and the wastegate design needs chopping and welding)
You'll then need an intake pipe sorted: 4" piece bent to shape for your choice of filter. If you dont have the correct lines, youll need to get them made up- that means braided teflon, the correct speedflow/other brand fittings as well (trial and error)
The 4088 is going to be tricky to hook up with oil feed and returns depending on the manifold you use, may cause headaches to get the fittings snug and in line.
