hey,

I was wonduring if anyone would know if a 3000CC MZ20 radiator will fit on a 1JZ-GTE 91' soarer?

Its a aluminium radiator

if you modify it and radiator mountings to fit, then yes, if you want a bolt in affair then no.

Just get a specific JZZ30 soarer radiator

Plenty of aluminium ones on ebay.com.au... ALTHOUGH it seems to be a bit of a minefield. Might want to post a link to a few and get an informed recommendation.

search eBay.com.au for soarer radiator. The company is bnw, they list the soarer as a 3.0 v6 so this puts a lot of people off but the radiator fits like a glove with only the top tank mounts needing slight modification but all is explained in the thread above.

Thanks Sebastian, I am tracking one of these for my build also, as I think my current radiator contributed gravely to the recent destruction of my head gasket.

Can anybody provide experiences with these radiators? Preferably long term... Chinese parts seem to be very good value, or cheap crappy knockoffs...
