I am about to get a new rad cap, and I have no idea if the Greddy cap from a MKIV fits?

Be careful, a lot of aftermarket caps run at a higher pressure, which has advantages in CERTAIN circumstances.

The issue is that it will help to fail the radiator top tank unless you have an alloy radiator fitted.

Yes it should fit, though. I think.
