Yeah my ISCV caused similar problems when it was gunked up, didn't fix the problem completely until I replaced that check valve diaphragm. I was surprised when the new one arrived and it was orange haha!

Yeah, I guess the easiest way to check would be to take off the intake line that runs from the iscv into the intake, start the car up a see if its sucking plenty of air at idle.

Part number 25748-88400 is the check valve I was referring to, it sits in between the ISCV and the plenum, the rubber diaphragm on mine was perished and allowed air to pass freely both ways, leaking boost and giving me a bad idle, stuttering problems, stalling etc.
Veronica, I would bridge the pins first, as it's free. 99percent of the time this fixes it.
Then I would suggest what Rob has said.
Then I would inspect that valve I was talking about, its easy, remove two bolts, one hose and convince it with foul language and she'll come off.
Also, if you have a Fuel Cut defender installed, I'd disconnect it to see if that is causing a problem.
