hey everyone,
its only happened the last couple of days but after going for a drive whether cruising or giving it a bit. after it has been sitting for a while it would start, hold idle for a couple of seconds then just stall. would have to start it a couple of times before it will idle. its fine when driving. i always warm up and warm down too. anyone had something similar?

yes david my soarer has stalled twice since i have owned it with no reason that i can think of.
it hasnt been a problem since it has happened twice in 2 years if it becomes a problem for you i would look into it further.
did that light come on ? the one with a picture of the cat with squiggly lines coming of it ??

Could be a few things.

Fuel ECU
Fuel Filter & other blockages including injectors
Ignitor
Crank Sensor
Bad Ground connection
