Just wondering if anyone knows an aftermarket alternative to the 1jz O2 sensor. I'm only getting 400ish km's from 70L with no boosting at all.

Cheap and good. Very good infact.
you'll need the 3 wire one and the flange adapter..
$60

+1 About the Hiflo sensor, make sure the one you get comes with a flange.
